Arrival at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno on San Cristobal Island, and transfer onboard. Welcome introductory briefing and lunch.

San Cristobal Island - Zodiac ride along the rocky shoreline of Isla Lobos and then land on a coralline beach (Playa Ochoa) for our first opportunity to swim or snorkel.

 
SATURDAY

am  

North Seymour Island – A great island to observe bird colonies of blue footed boobies, frigate birds, swallow tailed gulls and also sea lions and marine iguanas.

Cerro Dragón – Exploration of a project to save the endemic land iguanas, which was successful in protecting these reptiles against introduced predators.

 
SUNDAY

Post Office Bay (Floreana Island) - Wet landing at the historic barrel that served as a post office. Snorkel from the zodiacs or ride on the glass-bottom boat.

Punta Cormorant (Floreana Island) - Disembark at Punta Cormorant for a lovely walk to see the flamingos. Possible swim, snorkel or kayak from the beach.

 
MONDAY

Punta Moreno (Isabela Island) - Dry landing over a young lava field. A panga ride along the shore will reveal mangrove denizens. Swimming or snorkeling.

Punta Espinoza (Fernandina Island) - The afternoon brings us to the jewel of the Galapagos, and its youngest island, Fernandina. Meet the flightless cormorant!

 
TUESDAY

am  

Highlands of Santa Cruz Island - Visit the giant tortoises roaming amid Scalesia forest, and explore Los Gemelos, pit craters. Lunch at the Finch Bay Eco Hotel.

Puerto Ayora - Afternoon visit to the Charles Darwin Research Station and the giant tortoise pens, including tortoise celebrities like "Lonesome George".

 
WEDNESDAY

am  

Bartolomé Island – Beautiful panoramic views from the top of this small island, followed by swimming and snorkeling on its golden, sandy beaches.

pm

Rábida Island – Famous for its red-sand beach, the island has great snorkeling or rides in the glass-bottom boat, as well as a pleasant trail to walk.

 
THURSDAY

am  

Gardner Bay (Española Island) – A beautiful white coral beach, home to colonies of sealions, awaits here. Also good snorkeling and glass-bottom boat rides.

pm

Punta Suárez (Española Island) – An exciting walk on lava terrain to visit the site's unique sea bird colonies, including the Waved Albatrosses (May - December).

 
FRIDAY

am  

Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (San Cristobal Island) – Visit giant tortoises at Galapaguera before transfering to the airport for the flight back to the continent.
